I know. I know. I haven’t written a blog post in a long time. (June 29th to be specific.) I don’t really have much of an excuse. I’ve been unemployed since the end of May, so I’ve been spending a lot of time working on the job search. Just so you know, Fairfield, Texas is not the place you want to live if you want to find a decent paying full-time job. Well, the good news is that I just heard that I should have a job soon (they are just waiting to hear back regarding my background check, which won’t be a problem). Yay! Employment is a good thing.
Meanwhile, my daughter has started a new business on Etsy. She is selling homemade knitted socks and yarn tails. She has already made her first sale of a yarn tail. Check out her shop: Knitting Beauties. The yarn tails would be perfect for Halloween costumes.

$16.00 plus shipping
She has also started a YouTube channel: LilMurKitten. Check it out. She is super cute!
As you know, I am also a huge Doctor Who fan, so, needless to say, I was super excited when the new episode of Series 9 aired. I was extra excited to find that Dish Network is offering BBC America for free until November 3rd, so I actually got to see it when it aired. Of course, I had to watched the 24/7 of Doctor Who episodes that aired ahead of time. I’m pretty certain I drove my family crazy with the nonstop Doctor Who.

I’m extremely excited about all the new things that will be happening in the show, especially Maisie Williams and Alex Kingston being in future episodes.

I’ve also been extremely excited about Bernie Sanders doing so well in the polls against Hillary Clinton. You might not agree with me, which is fine, but I seriously invite you to check out his issues and see for yourself why so many people love him and his ideas.
Well, I guess that is all for now. I’m going to try to blog more often. I hope you enjoyed my post.
Best wishes to your daughter. She’s adorbs. Also, y’all are welcome to come on out to Arlington, TX any ol’ time y’all want! XOXOX
Thank you so much! You are very sweet!
I also live in Tx, NRH to be exact. You never said where your new job is but congrats! You might also try some kind of writing gig from home-you already blog so…
I’ll have to check out your daughter on utube and her Etsy store. I never did any good with my jewelry on there, I hope she does!
